This is a notice for our U.S. customers.
Many of our U.S. customers are not fully aware of the import taxes and duties that may be incurred during customs clearance. We are posting this announcement to provide clarification.
On July 31, 2025 (Korea time), the Korean government reached a tariff agreement with the U.S. government.
As a result, the reciprocal tariff that the U.S. had planned to impose starting August 1 was reduced from 25% to 15%. This new rate will take effect on August 7.
The basic tariff will be waived when we submit a Korea-Origin Certificate under the FTA, and we will enclose this document with the shipment when using DHL.
Please note that the exact amount of import taxes and duties may vary depending on the HS code.
We recommend consulting your local customs broker or customs office for the most accurate information.
Additionally, please be informed that reciprocal tariffs are also being applied to goods originating from Vietnam and China.
