This is a notice for our U.S. customers.
Until now, once the package arrived in the U.S., DHL’s customs clearance team would send an email to you requesting payment of import duties. Afer your payment, customs clearance was completed and delivery started only after you paid the duties.
Over the past few months, there have been frequent tariff issues, with duties ranging from 50% up to 200%, which has caused significant inconvenience for our U.S. customers.
When shipping via DHL, resolving these issues directly with U.S. Customs can be very difficult and time-consuming. To improve this situation, we have now partnered with a professional U.S.-based customs clearance and logistics company that specializes in import clearance and delivery.
Going forward, all U.S. orders placed through our website or by email will include an estimated import duty of approximately 15%, calculated at a minimized rate to supprt you. The estimated import duty will be added and paid together at checkout page.
Once the shipment arrives in the U.S., there will be no additional requests for duty payment.
Logistics may contact you only for importer verification purposes, if necessary.
With this new process, you can now place orders without worrying about unexpected tariff issues.
Frequent orders will also help us continue improving and stabilizing this shipping solution for you.
Thank you for your continued support, and we truly appreciate your cooperation.
